EFFECTIVE PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
This assignment requires us to create a photoblog with a group of four to five person. This photo blog had to document our
place of interest, which was , Alor Street in the following aspects : People, Food, Activities and
Cultural Conservation on Buildings. The blog had to contain 25 to 30 photos and
each photo was to have a caption of about 20 to 30 words.

Sitting and eating in the sidewalk culture is the one of the culture that has been done long time in Alor Street and it has become one of the habits for the tourists and the visitors woh visited Alor Street.

Oyster Omelette- A well-known Chinese dish in Taiwan. It is the combination of the egg and oyster. These two materials are the major parts of this delicious dish. The taste of the Oyster Omelette varies in different area. The Oyster Omelette here is one of the attraction and you can easily find it at Alor Street.

The foreigner and local people like to enjoy at the bistro. They drink beer and liqueur at there. It's a place for them to enjoy music and the time with friends.
REFLECTION
The purposes of
this assignment were to apply the
principles of communication and behavior in analyzing interaction with others, both
at individual and at group levels as well as understand the concepts of
communication, both verbal and nonverbal, and how people behave and communicate
in different culture. It also teaches me the importance of cultural differences
and respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive
relationships with other people as possible.
I
was able to understand the food, architecture, people and culture in Alor Street
in the process of doing this assignment. Every result emerged from process.
Process plays an important role in helping me to accomplish my aim and achieve
my goal. It’s verified that each step in a process must be effective and useful
otherwise it will become a redundant step in our process. Fortunately, I was
able to accomplish my goal when I undertake this assignment and eventually I
had learn and achieve the possible outcomes of this assignment.
PROJECT 2 : ORAL PRESENTATION
We were to produce a video presentation
based on traditional dwellings around the world. The historical background of
the country, structure and layout, types of ornamentation used and the types of

REFLECTION
The purposes of this assignment were to apply the principles of communication and behavior in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels as well as understand the concepts of communication, both verbal and nonverbal, and how people behave and communicate in different culture. It also teaches me the importance of cultural differences and respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive relationships with other people as possible.
I was able to communicate the
relevant ideas in clear, logical and appropriate academic English after I
finish this assignment. Besides that, I feel my academic
English speaking skills were further improved.This is because when
we speak more, we will be able to speak more fluently compared to the previous
time. It also teaches me numerous of presentation skills and the word that
cannot be spoken during presentation. This really help me because we cannot do
anything if we can’t even communicate our idea freely and effectively to other
people, so, I could say that this assignment is crucial and important to most
of the students.
PROJECT 3 : COMIC STRIP
For this final assignment, we were required
to create a 3 A3 size comic strip that describes events related to our daily
life, special occasions and events in campus. These comic strips were also to
be based on one of the topics given during lecture sessions of this module. We
decided to base our comic strips on the topic Unlucky Day

REFLECTION
The purposes of this assignment were to apply the principles of communication and behavior in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels as well as understand the concepts of communication, both verbal and nonverbal, and how people behave and communicate in different culture. It also teaches me the importance of cultural differences and respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive relationships with other people as possible.
It is really an interesting assignment because almost all of us read comic strips online, in the newspaper or maybe even in a comic book. This assignment gives us a chance to design our own comic strip in cooperative group. This has enhanced my ideas because I used to brainstorm countless of ideas when I was doing this assignment. Besides that, I had developed my creativity and drawing skill since both of them are inevitable factors in drawing a comic
strip.
